• We reserve the right to discontinue the service at any time

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Luvi for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior.

• Banned users forfeit all virtual items and progress
• Appeals can be submitted through our support channels
• We are not obligated to provide warnings before enforcement

Luvi collects minimal data necessary to provide game functionality. All data collection is limited to what's required for the bot to operate.

• Discord Username and Display Name (for leaderboards and social features)
• Server/Guild ID (to provide server-specific features)

• Message content when using AI assistant features (lu ask command and follow-up conversations)
• Regular message activity patterns for activity-based content spawning
• User-submitted marketplace listings from designated channels (#market-buying and #market-selling)
• Channel activity data to assess server engagement levels

Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Luvi gaming experience.

Luvi includes advanced features that require access to message content for enhanced functionality.

We do not process message content from DMs or private channels.

• AI Assistant (lu ask): Processes your questions and maintains conversation context for follow-up replies
• Messages submitted via lu ask are processed in real time and not stored after generating a response
• Activity-Based Spawning: Monitors regular message activity to determine when to spawn cards and events
• Public Marketplace: User listings from #market-buying and #market-selling channels are displayed on our website
• Listings posted in #market-buying and #market-selling are intentionally public and are displayed on our website. Users posting in these channels acknowledge this behavior
• Conversation threads are maintained temporarily to enable multi-turn AI assistance
• Message content is only processed for these specific features and is not stored unnecessarily
• Activity patterns are analyzed in aggregate to optimize game experience across servers

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data and maintain the integrity of the game.
